We dined at your lovely restaurant on Saturday, April 23, 2011 and I just wanted to send you a quick note of thanks. As an individual who has recently been diagnosed with Celiac Disease I cannot say enough about the fantastic gluten-free meal I had.

It was wonderful to be able to enjoy the warmed, gluten-free bread while my husband enjoyed his buns. It allowed me to feel "included" in the dining experience with my husband as opposed to sitting there and watching him enjoy his bread or buns.

I had the mushroom schnitzel which was prepared gluten-free for me. I didn't think I would be able to enjoy schnitzel again so you can imagine my pleasure when our server said it could be made gluten-free for me. It was absolutely delicious and I must admit to eating every last bite!

I neglected to ask what it was prepared with (my mistake --- I think out of excitement at being able to order it) so I should inquire now what the breading was (corn meal?).

The staff was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and at no time did they make me feel like I was "being difficult" or a "nuisance".

Thank you again for a wonderful dining experience. I really felt like my husband and I had gone out for dinner "together".

I am going to contact the Celiac Association and recommend your restaurant and you can be sure we will come back to enjoy a wonderful meal again!

My husband and I were in the Radium area last weekend for his birthday. We dined at your restaurant and enjoyed it tremendously! The French Onion soup was superb, not salty like a lot of them tend to be. My husband said the liver and onions that he had was the best that he has ever tasted. The rouladen was also very good. The crepe desert that topped off our meal was delicious. Thank you for some good home-style cooking!

Hi, we went ther on the weekend and just LOVED your food. Everything from the appetizer to the desert was fantastic. We look forward to coming back.
